Sharon A. Tucker, PhD
Dr. Sherry Tucker, whose deep expertise in culture, performance, compensation, and talent management has been helping clients for the past 20 years, leads Tucker Consultants. After receiving a PhD in psychology from the University of Chicago, Dr. Tucker began her career as a professor in the Business School at Washington University, teaching leadership and organizational behavior. She left academics for consulting, where she held regional and global leadership roles with Towers Perrin and Mercer, designing performance, compensation, and talent management programs for large companies and creating consulting tools used throughout the world. She was also the Director of Compensation and Benefits for Frito-Lay in Dallas. Her focus now is on helping companies to become high performers. Her clients range from Fortune 500 companies to mid-size companies to non-profits. Dr. Tucker has written numerous articles on culture and improving performance and has taken her message to audiences in both the US and Europe. She is an adjunct professor in the Olin Business School at Washington University, teaching Human Resources Strategy for General Managers in the MBA program.
